We’ve had the gorgeous Madelene in town for the last couple of weeks and we can safely say this girls feet have not touched the ground...well with a face and body like that who’s surprised!

Cast your mind back to Elite Model Look 2009 and you will remember the divine Nyasha who stole our hearts and walked away with first place in the UK final last August...

Following a dream first season of shows back in September (two words...Louis Vuitton) we sent Nyasha over to fashion Mecca, New York City to show the Americans why Elite London girls are truly the best in the business...and clearly they agree! We spotted our girl front and centre at a presentation for  Calvin Klein, looking every inch the poster girl for the iconic US brand.

Antony Jerram suits up for Kilgour

 

Antony Jerram recently paid a visit to Savile Row and got kitted out for the spectacular Kilgour campaign. Shot in eight suits including the above tuxedo, Antony looks like any tailor's dream - and the perfect, dapper gentleman, might we add. Check out the rest of the pictures via the link below.

V MAN and Mario visit Malthe in Copenhagen

Malthe, one of Elite London's newest additions to the men's board, struts his stuff in his native Copenhagen for the November issue of V MAN - he's number three from left in the top picture. The editorial, which was shot by Mario Testino and styled by Andrew Richardson, sees Malthe in an array of typical Danish settings...  Of course Elite London's no stranger to the invasion of the Danes. Between the booking desk, the PR department and the models, on a good day there are about six hundred Danish people at the office.

Elite's T4 takeover!

 We came, we scouted, we conquered! Team Elite were out in force on Sunday at London’s Earls Court for T4’s annual Pop-fest, T4s Stars of 2010, on a mission to find the face of the future and bring a touch of fashion to the masses.

A crew of Elite scouts and models took over the catwalk stage and with help from our friends at River Island, put on a spectacular fashion show amidst the chaos...the male models causing a serious stir amongst the ladies in the audience, you don’t get that at London Fashion Week!

Mollie and Vanessa from The Saturdays joined us on stage to help judge our model competition and a big congratulations to Penny Crocker from Middlesex who was crowned our winner! For more photos make sure you visit our facebook page.

Tis the Season to be wearing DKNY

 You may be trying to fight it (team elite are not too sure about the Christmas music playing in Starbucks in mid November...) but it’s hard to ignore the fact that party season is round the corner! As the December issues start hitting our desks all eyes are on those all important festive campaigns and a particular favourite this season has to be DKNY featuring the gorgeous Keke Lindgard...

You leave the blogosphere for less than twenty-four hours and there she is again! Fei Fei, hitting up the H&M Holiday campaign. Girlfriend's on a roll - we're kind of tempted to officially declaring it Fei Fei Week. The H&M Holiday campaign was shot by Daniel Jackson and styled by George Cortina. We can't wait to see what's next in Fei Fei news.

Elite scouts will be let loose in the crowds at Earls Court to find 10 potential new faces to appear on the Catwalk Stage in a live ‘walk-off’...sound scary? The other day in the office, all the girls were talking about how amazingly Edie Sedgwick Charlotte's looking these days - hot stuff!

Ming is smokin'

Smokin' hot, that is, in Danielle Duella and Iango Henzi's smoke-free black and white story, Stop Smoking, for the October issue of i-D. Ming Xi's editorial, which was styled by Edward Enninful and features an array of other top girls, emulates the 'smoking chic' stories of yesteryear - albeit without the token cigarettes. You gotta give it up to Ming and i-D... they make the healthy life seem awfully appealing.

Caroline does Interview

Miss Brasch Nielsen yet again makes us wonder if she is in fact made of really, really expensive porcelain in this beyond captivating story for the November issue of Interview. Karl Templer hooked Caroline up with a dose of Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga for the Craig McDean shoot, which only confirms that CNB needs no fireworks or extravagant sets to stun. A Flair for Simona and Pauline

Yes, it's a cliche title and so what? Blogging is a tough and pulsating business. There are only so many headline-y puns in this world. And aaaaaanyway, it's about the lovely Simona Andrejic and Pauline van der Cruysse - both of Elite London fame, natch - who've gone all portrait chic for Flair.  As the average London commuter struggled to get into work this morning due to the mildly inconvenient Tube Strike (probably best we don’t vent our frustration on this topic here), the resourceful Elite models have found an alternative method of getting to those castings....via electric scooter what else? Sporting this seasons must haves in scooter chic, Ivana is no doubt going to be the talking point at all of her go see’s...take that transport for London, you can’t keep an Elite model for getting on with her day! Room for a little one?

The excessively talented Mike Gosbee has been casting his immense visual artistry skills in Elite's direction recently, and this new video featuring three of our most exciting new British finds this year made us all want to move to Rye and float about looking every inch the movie star. Oh well...

Hero party / Party heros

 

London's been extremely generous on the party front lately. Thursday evening we took a couple of our most heroic boys to the HERO Magazine party marking the launch of the men's title's 4th issue - which just so happens to feature our newest resident dark-brow'ed vampire boy par excellence, Joshua Bell, pictured above in denim with Elite London's Karen Allvin. Also in attendance were: Senior Fashion Editor at LOVE, Anders Soelvsten Thomsen, who out-pouted Elite boys River Delfin and Tom Fonteyn (above), as well as amazing menswear designer Katie Eary, exposure PR's Richard Storer, photographer Alex Sainsbury, stylist John McCarty and a bunch of top Shoreditch scenesters.
