High Heels Lead to Foot Pain

High heels are designed exclusively for women and girls in order to appear more feminine and graceful. By wearing high heels can we change posture more upright, changing the angle of the foot, creating a higher body posture, make legs look longer, making the foot appear smaller, etc. But there are also weaknesses of high heels, can lead to foot pain, increase of likelihood of sprains and fractures, make calves look more rigid and sinewy, and much more.
